Please let Flatiron know you found this offer on WeLoveProduct as a way to support us

We're looking for a Product Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?

Flatiron Health is a healthtech company using data for good to power smarter care for every person with cancer, around the world. Flatiron partners with cancer centers in the US, Europe and Asia to transform patients’ real-life experiences into real-world evidence and create a more modern, connected oncology ecosystem. Our multidisciplinary teams include oncologists, data scientists, software engineers, epidemiologists, product experts and more. Flatiron Health is an independent affiliate of the Roche Group.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work with Flatiron Japan’s business, engineering and clinical teams, as well as Flatiron’s hospital partners in Japan, to drive our thinking as we build innovative global real-world data products.

You'll develop roadmaps, strategies, and implementation plans for some of our most cutting-edge work with real-world patient data. In particular, you'll:

  • Work with technical and clinical stakeholders at Flatiron’s hospital partners in Japan.
  • Partner with cross-functional collaborators to refine and implement hospital-facing research products, and scale these products across a growing network of sites in Japan.
  • Collaborate with product teams in the US and Flatiron’s other international markets (UK, Germany), as well as cross-functional teams to understand common product challenges and solutions.
  • Recognize ambiguous or undefined problems as opportunities; be intellectually curious and hungry to learn about new areas.
  • Be the voice of our hospital stakeholders; empathize with their challenges and needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a broad range of talented colleagues, including software developers, informaticists, oncologists, quantitative scientists, and clinical data specialists.

This is a great opportunity to take on a role in our cutting-edge product work, and to collaborate with leading experts around the world.

Who You Are

You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are.

  • You have experience running data analyses and/or are familiar working with systems that manage data.
  • You have excellent client facing and internal communication skills.
  • You have experience owning and delivering projects through to implementation; you are able to work independently and through your team to achieve impact.
  • You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and communicating complex concepts to different functions (e.g., clinicians, software engineers, business development).
  • You seek and give honest feedback and value the chance to improve the lives of cancer patients.
  • You are bilingual in Japanese and English.

Extra Credit

  • You have experience running complex operations with multiple dependencies.
  • You have experience with biopharma, healthcare, or oncology data.
  • You have experience working in a start-up environment with product and engineering team.

You're also excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves and using technology to tackle meaningful problems each and every day.

If this sounds like you, you'll fit right in at Flatiron.
