Product Manager - Fintech

About Logic Founders

Logic Founders is a startup studio founded in 2021 by Camille Tyan, a fintech entrepreneur, and eFounders, the startup studio behind Aircall, Spendesk, and Swan.

As we are entering a new era for fintech, we wish to address the huge opportunity of building banking infrastructure and APIs to enable the next generation of financial services.

Our model is to turn our ideas into independent companies by working with founders who will take the CEO and CTO roles within 12 months.

About the role

We are looking to hire our first full-time team member to build fintech startups within our studio, and working directly with Camille.

This is not a usual PM job. Beyond product development, you will be involved in all aspects of venture creation, to design and build not only products - entirely new businesses.

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

• Research. Talk to experts to explore market trends, industry structure, distribution channels. Engage with potential customers to understand untapped needs.
• Design. Define a product structure, build mockups and no-code prototypes, design API documentation. Plan connections with outside APIs and define the compliance / regulatory framework for the business.
• Build. With our startup founders, pitch prospects and sign customers. Create product roadmaps, define go-to-market, and assess technical, operational and legal feasibility.
• Launch. Work with our startup CTOs and engineering teams to build and launch the first version of the product. Create product marketing materials to onboard the first users.

Your profile

• Experienced – At least 4 years of experience, including 3 years in a Product Management role at a high-growth startup.
• Analytical – You can break down complex, unstructured problems into actionable recommendations.
• Resourceful – You do not need guidelines as there will not be any to kick-start projects from 0 to 1.
• Organized – Highly organized, strong project management skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Communications – You are skilled in influencing and persuasion. You are very good in both oral and written communication with full English proficiency.
