As the Product Manager for Financial Systems, you will:
- Identify strategic opportunities to drive better financial and operational outcomes through new products
- Own the financial platform roadmap, focusing on systems ranging from the ledger that runs our consumer loans to financial reporting, capital funding, and treasury operations
- Partner with our finance teams to understand their challenges and dig into the details of how the business works, identifying how to make it better, and build product solutions
- Build both platform products and beautiful internal UIs, abstracting complex and frustrating tasks to make them simple
- Define, launch and scale products with significant impact
- Set the pace, prioritization, and execution for the team
- Work with engineers, designers, and analysts to build products
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Exceptional systems-level thinking. Lending is complicated, and changes in one area can have ripple effects across the product
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll need to communicate your vision and drive execution on the immediate team and with stakeholders across the company
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams
- Previous experience working in or with corporate finance
