As the Product Manager for Financial Systems, you will:

Identify strategic opportunities to drive better financial and operational outcomes through new products
Own the financial platform roadmap, focusing on systems ranging from the ledger that runs our consumer loans to financial reporting, capital funding, and treasury operations
Partner with our finance teams to understand their challenges and dig into the details of how the business works, identifying how to make it better, and build product solutions
Build both platform products and beautiful internal UIs, abstracting complex and frustrating tasks to make them simple
Define, launch and scale products with significant impact
Set the pace, prioritization, and execution for the team
Work with engineers, designers, and analysts to build products

We’re looking for someone who has:

Exceptional systems-level thinking. Lending is complicated, and changes in one area can have ripple effects across the product
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll need to communicate your vision and drive execution on the immediate team and with stakeholders across the company
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams
Previous experience working in or with corporate finance
