We’ve closed a huge Series B round! 80M EUR and soaring! Our journey so far? An expansion across various markets, prestigious #ISO27001 and B-Corp certifications, and proactive tech revolutionizing the EV charging experience. Not to mention, our growth has skyrocketed 6X since the last round, nearing 1 million monthly charging sessions, and 1,000 #EV drivers joining us daily! Monta will use the EUR 80M funding to double down on its successful software-only strategy by strengthening investments in all markets and improving and expanding its product to new sectors ready to embark on an electrified future.

Why We Need You

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of Monta's invoicing and billing solutions, critical components of our B2B offerings. Your expertise in e-invoicing, compliance, taxation, and finance will be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap and delivering innovative solutions to our diverse user base.

Your Goal and Mission

Joining a dedicated squad focused on finance, payments and invoicing, your mission will be to elevate Monta's offerings to new heights of efficiency and compliance. By building out our journey for Billing-As-a-Service and e-invoicing, expanding our product/market fit to new enterprise stakeholders while enhancing the financial experience for existing users. Collaboration with cross-functional peers will be essential in achieving our business objectives.

• You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing financial software products, with a focus on invoicing, e-invoicing, compliance, taxation, and finance.
• Your expertise in compliance and taxation ensures that Monta's invoicing solutions adhere to regulatory requirements in diverse markets.
• Strong analytical skills allow you to leverage data insights effectively, prioritizing features and enhancements to maximize user value.
• You thrive in dynamic, hyper-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability and creativity in addressing evolving challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

As a specialized Product Manager in invoicing and billing, you will:

• Define Billing Strategy: Develop a strategic roadmap for Monta's invoicing and billing solutions, aligning with business goals and market demands in close collaboration with our Finance department.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure that Monta's invoicing solutions comply with global regulatory requirements, including e-invoicing standards and taxation laws.
• Optimize Financial Operations: Identify opportunities to streamline invoicing processes, reduce friction in financial transactions, and enhance user experience.
• Drive Innovation: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to innovate new features and services that address evolving user needs and market trends.
• Support Product Launches: Leading the successful launch of new features and enhancements, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
• Provide Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in billing, compliance, taxation, and finance, providing thought leadership within the organization.
