Product Manager - Financial Analytics
In building the most customer-focused financial technology platform, Adyen is going all-in on leveraging big data to create value in the realm of Finance. We are looking for a PM who can bring a strong vision and can build a product from scratch. 

What you'll do:

• You will work collaboratively together with engineers, product teams, finance stakeholders, and partners to solve pain points, seamlessly fit into systems, and guide the vision - all together with a focus on building and iterating rapidly; 
• You will build a single source of truth for all of Adyen’s internal finance needs, leveraging the latest data platform technologies to scale accessibility, harness security, and drive adoption; 
• You will help deliver automated reporting for various finance teams (controlling, tax, reporting, FP&A/investor relations, etc.) and the systems they use (in-house billing, in-house bank, in-house payments platform and Workday);
• You will create technical proposals that can be delivered to developers for implementation, and be the driving force behind project tracking and product delivery;
• You will productise our existing processes and decide on adoption of innovative technologies, and use your team to discover new problems, ship solutions, and grow internal product adoption;
• You will continuously explore new product/feature development such as enriching our finance data platform through connections together with partners. 

Who you are:

• You have conceived of and launched multiple successful products (3+ years in product management) or have a strong background in analytics for finance (3+ years);
• You can guide an (data) engineering team with the right questions to answer, turn those answers into business value, and leverage analytics to drive product goals;
• You know how to navigate technical requirements and understand the opportunities and limitations of technical/data decisions;
• You have recent relevant experience with finance processes, finance systems and/or interacting with finance databases;
• You are a quick learner and take a ‘launch fast and iterate’ approach to tackling problems;
• You take pride in putting your team first, you value teams over ego;
• Experience and knowledge around big data technologies is a plus.

Please, note that this role is a full-time position in Amsterdam. It will require a relocation in case you live outside of the Netherlands.
