Your future team
We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong track record of building services and interfaces in the Core Finance & Accounting Technology domains to join our growing team. With innovation and agility as our core, we are constantly looking to optimize the systems and processes that drive Atlassian from Procure to Pay, Invoice to Cash, Payroll, Talent Management and Recruiting. In this role, you will establish a winning partnership with the procurement and finance accounting leadership team in driving alignment on roadmaps and identifying critical priorities for the business. You will be involved in various aspects of identifying, designing and adopting industry leading best practices in such a way that such solutions are built to scale with our growing business.
What you'll do

- You are constantly assessing system functionality vs. evolving business capability needs and requirements; is a good liaison with business partners, finance and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure future-proof process design, data integrity and security standards.
Your background
- 6+ years of combined experience driving major Finance and Accounting transformations for a Global organization with a focus on Experience and Compliance Standards.
- At least 1 full lifecycle Cloud/SaaS implementation experience of ERP modules that include Global Consolidations and Reporting.
- Good exposure to leading technology in Core Financials and Accounting space such as Oracle Fusion, Netsuite, SAP and in a complex landscape involving several best of breed SaaS solutions.
- A deep domain expertise in the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Tax functionality and exposure to General Accounting standards.
- 3+ years of experience in a product management role, in an agile environment designing and delivering world-class platform products with a focus on ERP and/or Core Accounting Financials.
- A detailed oriented analytical approach, yet be able to synthesize information to provide relevant data points for effective decision making.
- Demonstrated abilities to map user journeys, prototypes and write user stories based on business requirements.
- Experience building product and execution roadmaps for a Fintech product in close partnership with Finance & Accounting teams, other Product managers, and IT Enterprise and Solution architecture teams.
- A good understanding of SaaS / subscription management processes and the technology trends around this arena.
- Exposure to UX design would be a plus.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities to senior leaders in the organization.
