Responsibilities

Finance product planning and design, preparing PRD, concept wireframing and product roadmap
User-focused approach to understanding users needs and pain points to develop requirements and product solutions
Manage cross-functional and cross-department communication and coordination to ensure product quality and progress, and completion of product milestones
Support related business needs and achieves business goals with internal and external partners
Analyze product performance data and promptly react to user feedback to optimize user experience continuously

Requirement

2+ years of working experience with Internet or financial products has experience with independently product design and implementation of complicated business
Knowledge of financial trading and derivatives
Experience in PC client trading products or MT5 is a big plus
Have a strong sense of industry trends and pay attention to user experience and product details
Good collaboration and communication ability, fast learner and perseverance
