Product Manager

Fidel API is a global financial infrastructure platform that enables developers to build programmable experiences connected with real-time payment events from a user’s card. Startups through global enterprises are leveraging Fidel API’s tools to power a range of solutions including digital receipts, customer attribution, loyalty and rewards, expense management and personal financial management.

Launched in 2018, Fidel API is headquartered in London, with offices in Lisbon, New York, and remote employees globally. Fidel API is backed by investors including Bain Capital Ventures, Nyca Partners, QED Investors, Citi Ventures, RBC Capital and Commerce Ventures.

In this exciting period of growth, both within the UK and on the international stage, we are now looking for a Product Manager who wants to be part of this journey.

What you'll do...

• Work with your team to solve hard problems that bring value to your customers

• Work hardly to quickly get up to speed on Fidel API’s business and product context and constraints

• Work closely with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and build new products, and to collaborate on go-to-market activities;

• Be responsible for writing detailed user stories, scoping and prioritising work, alongside Engineering, Product Design and other members of a cross-functional team;

• Establish trust and rapport with the company’s leadership

We want you, if you...

• Want to leave your mark on the world, and see product development as a way to achieve that;

• Understand that a product is the output of intense, focused collaboration and thinking between a diverse team with a common mission;

• Have experience developing / launching products, preferably within a start-up environment;

• Have experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions;

• Have experience effectively leading conversations with product design and engineering;

• Are able to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority;

• Show an analytical mindset - you can clearly link features to the metrics they are able to drive. You gain extensive insights from qualitative and quantitative data;
