Product Manager

Everyrealm is looking for a product manager. This is a unique role, one with unprecedented breadth. You’ll be asked to work with diverse areas of the business, ranging from creative to engineering to marketing. Your responsibilities will change on a weekly basis, depending on the needs of the product. You will learn a tremendous amount and never be bored.

Everyrealm is a technology company that creates innovative solutions for avid social gamers, with offerings across a variety of categories including identity, ranking, relationships, and events. We also publish community-driven video game titles. In addition, we manage three venture-style investment funds that invest in related businesses and technologies. . Job Responsibilities:

• You will drive product development through the entire development cycle, from ideation, design, and development, through to launch, user testing and feedback, support and optimization 
• Define product requirements, objectives, and key results based on user needs and market research
• Collaborate with senior executive team, engineering, and design teams to plan and execute product roadmaps and sprint plans, and drive the product vision forward 

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications to communicate feature requirements to the design and engineering team
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new features and improvements

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a product or engineering role
• Experience on a social media network or chat app
• Strong desire to work in a startup environment
• Graduate from a top school
• Ability to manage and oversee a cross-disciplinary team 
• Experience with Jira and/or other similar product management tools
