Product Manager, Enterprise Systems

The Opportunity
You'll be a key member of the Enterprise Systems team, and report to the Manager, Enterprise Systems. You will have the opportunity to work with business owners and stakeholders across UserTesting to design and implement innovative technology solutions and manage critical, high-visibility projects.

• Analyze complex business problems and drive operational effectiveness and efficiency through automation and using technology.

• Identify gaps in current state and push towards achieving an ideal future state.

• Partner with business owners, stakeholders, and 3rd party application owners and consultants to scale new and current systems, processes, and procedures from conception through implementation within prescribed budget and timelines.

• Collaborate with the business and technical teams to create and document the functional requirements, business process flow design, and recommendations on scope.

• Plan and execute all aspects of internal system-specific projects from initiation to delivery, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.

• Enhance and maintain systems by studying current practices and designing modifications and integrations with other systems.

• Communicate project status to management and elevate concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors.

• Utilize project management skills to develop detailed project plans and manage full lifecycle implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, and training.

What we are looking for

• Product manager/business analyst experience with robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, order-to-cash processes, and integrating Salesforce with third party applications

• Strong Jira experience - ability to create clear stories and report project status to stakeholders and management teams using Jira and Confluence

• Experience in an agile software development environment is a plus

• Project management experience working in a SaaS environment

• Ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth, fast-paced and dynamic tech environment and build internal relationships
