Building Snorkel Flow requires outstanding engineers and technologies across the stack, including scalable data pipelines, elegant and intuitive interfaces (both visual and programmatic), state-of-the-art ML modeling techniques, and best practices for seamless deployment. Modern AI approaches require large labeled training datasets to learn from. While traditional approaches typically rely on armies of human annotators to label by hand, Snorkel Flow empowers users to programmatically label and build training data sets to drive a radically faster, more flexible, and higher quality end-to-end AI development process. Snorkel Flow is an end-to-end development platform, complete with a GUI and powerful programmatic interfaces for driving the development process for full AI application workflows: from preprocessing, to programmatic training data creation, to ML model training, to analysis, and deployment. It's the data-first platform for enterprise AI.

In support of our growth, we are recruiting a high caliber founding product team to join our fast growing engineering and GTM teams.

In this role, you will lead product strategy and management for the platform and infrastructure delivering enterprise-grade experiences to our customers. You will work closely with customers, engineering, design and marketing to continue building Snorkel Flow into the leading platform for data-first AI. You will also collaborate directly with our co-founding team, sales team, and solutions engineering team to build a deep understanding of customer use cases and provide value-based evaluation scenarios including demonstrations, labs, and proof-of-value engagements, to aid in closing business.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and use-cases in the Data Science and Machine Learning domain
Drive strategy and execution for core enterprise ready platform and infrastructure
Integrate competitive analysis, usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements
Drive a tailored and business value-aligned technology evaluation process, enabling demos and presentations for customers and field experts
Close collaboration with prospects, channel partners and our sales team to deliver solutions and channel feedback to inform and improve the product
Champion creative solutions to build a process and partnership that is grounded in customer empathy, and product best practices in high-paced start-up environment

Qualifications

5+ years product management experience or related industry experience with 2+ years experience in working closely with enterprise customers and channel partners in the enterprise software industry
Educational background in computer science or related engineering practice
Consistent track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams - engineering, design, sales, marketing, partnerships
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to communicate sophisticated topics to diverse set of both technical and business collaborators
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that machine learning solutions deliver successfully on business outcomes
Ability to connect a customer's specific business problems to Snorkel's differentiated platform and unique approach to ML development.
