Do you want to help drive innovation at the original disruptor in digital design? Sketch is where thousands of design teams, in 100+ countries, create their best products every day.We’re looking for a Product Manager for Enterprise to join us.
In this role, you will own key features and process flows that help our fast-growing base of large enterprise customers. This will include defining and specifying key onboarding-related processes that our larger clients often require, while helping to reduce friction and deliver the delightful experience that sits at the heart of Sketch.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for your feature sets and process flows, including provisioning and billing, while collaborating with senior product and engineering leads to prioritize enhancements and coordinate releases
- Manage multiple parallel projects and iterations, track and communicate progress effectively, and make sure we deliver on feature releases
- Serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert for the overall Sketch experience for our large enterprise customers
- Regularly collaborate with customers and partners to collect and act on product feedback, coordinating with and advocating internally for our frontline Customer Success teams
- Be accountable for building great product. Do and deliver what you say you will and by when.
Essentials
- You’re a proven product manager with a track record of defining a specification and translating it into a successful product at speed and scale
- 3-5+ years in cloud enterprise software product management roles
- You care about internal and external credibility, and do what is necessary to design and deliver delightful experiences for customers
- You respect and understand that Sketch is a design tool — and you’re willing to learn and empathize with how your projects will affect the designers that use it
- You’re self-driven, with the ability to execute with minimal guidance; you think strategically and execute tactically, with attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- You’re highly collaborative and you know how to work across multiple teams
- You have direct experience and fluency in an agile/scrum environment
- You understand that when building platforms, the “how” is often as important as the “what”
- You represent our company and team with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Our team works remotely and communicates mostly using text, so you must work effectively in an unstructured environment
Bonus points:
- Design software familiarity and experience
- Experience working with and respect for high velocity, self-serve product models - which is the mainstay of Sketch’s business
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field
