Product Manager, Enterprise Readiness & Authentication

As Product Manager for Configuration and Organization/Account Management you’ll be working with some of our largest customers to solve unique problems they face when using Datadog at scale! 

You’ll work across our product suites with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to simplify the complex task of configuring Datadog. You should be excited to solve puzzles and find patterns, like how two different configurations in different products might actually share similar components and interfaces. You’ll work to simplify APIs and User Interfaces to lift not just enterprise management experiences, but the user experience for all customers who use Datadog. 

You should be comfortable engaging directly with all types of customers from the smallest startups to the largest enterprises, gathering feedback, gathering requirements from them and finding the nuggets of insight in those conversations. You should be excited to partner with the engineers and designers on your team to design complex systems that appear outwardly simple and easy to use.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop a deep understanding of and empathy for engineers who write their own tools
• Partner with design to
• Learn from our most sophisticated customers across any type of environment to be seen as an expert in the field.  Provide that expertise within the product and by giving talks and expressing leadership in the industry.
• Work with world-class Product and Engineering teams to develop and evangelize product priorities and roadmaps that inspire our teams’ best work and deliver real value 
• Support and empower the Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Solutions teams to ensure the broadest reach and the best possible customer experience
• Contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration across the department and broader organization
• Raise the bar in product management

Who You Are:

• An experienced Product Manager, ideally at a SaaS company 
• You have a strong technical background, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• You are customer-minded with a high quality standard for the product to be delivered
