About the role:
As a Product Manager for the Enterprise portfolio, you will work to shape the Udemy B2B Enterprise experience. You will oversee the strategy and execution of your team’s product area; enabling organizations to effectively manage learning in the Udemy Business platform. While ensuring the product experience is scalable, simple and meets the diverse needs of our global Enterprise customers. Success requires close collaboration with research, engineering, design, sales, customer success, data, and a set of diverse stakeholders across the company.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Drive and define the product strategy and roadmap execution for the user and account management area of the Udemy Business platform.
- Enable our our enterprise customers & operations to scale by building or buying tools that enable sales and customer success to sell and deploy the value in
- Develop market-informed priorities and requirements from data, research and cross functional stakeholders.
- Define, monitor and measure product metrics and KPIs; incorporate learnings into product definition and development process.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful products and/or features. We are a global matrix organization, and connecting the dots is a critical skill.
- Communicate product vision to senior management and stakeholders.
We’re excited about you because you have:
- 5+ years of product management experience, or related experience in a product role.
- Extensive experience in user management, integrations and scaling products to meet customer needs.
- An ability to facilitate and drive ideation within your product area and champion the users while managing stakeholder input.
- A discovery & experimentation mindset; with an analytical and research focus. You’re comfortable kicking-off abstract projects before goals and vision are fully defined and collaborate to define measurable milestones.
- Natural talent for moderating competing ideas and finding creative solutions.
- Passion about the education space and the problems we are solving.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools.
- A combination of strong vision, team leadership, and high-velocity execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the capability to present to executive leadership.
- Experience collaborating across time zones (United States, Turkey).
- You are excited about highly complex problems, systems, and interactions.
- You have great attention to detail but base your strategy on big picture objectives
Nice to haves:
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field is ideal
- Experience delivering products for two-sided marketplaces, platforms
- Experience with SQL for pulling and analyzing data
