We're hiring a Product Manager reporting to the Group Product Manager for Data Portability. We are looking for an experienced product management professional with competencies in all facets of product management. Product Managers on the Enterprise Trust Foundation team own the delivery of product or platform features from scope and definition through implementation. You will partner with Senior Product Managers and Group Product Managers on strategy, alignment across the company and long-term planning.
You will guide a team and work with every function in the company, from engineering and design to sales, partnerships, ecosystem, legal, risk & compliance to develop processes and features, take them to market, and improve them over time.
What you'll do
- You will shape the direction of Data Portability by understanding our customers' needs and pain points
- You will partner with engineers, designers, principal product managers and program managers and will function as a squad to inspire and lead your team to develop world class enterprise grade products.
- You will help to define and create a world class Data platform which will serve the Data portability needs of all Atlassian products
- Your responsibilities will include customer research, competitive analysis, help with building product roadmap, building internal relationships and establishing build-measure-learn loops.
- You will align your team around a single set of priorities, a clear strategy, a definitive vision and OKRs
Your background
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally building enterprise software products and/ or tech services and/ or platforms
- Experience setting a product vision, inspiring teams, and launching features that make a measurable impact.
- Strong technical background, comfortable understanding/ sparring/ challenging technical approaches with experienced architects, engineering leadership and customers
- A proven track record for delivering high impact features that create business and customer value
- Experience building relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organisation.
