The team
Our Product & Program Management teams work on some of the most impactful and challenging problems in the Software industry. We are a highly collaborative cross-border group that operates on the edge between Engineering and the business and helps to design solutions from concept to launch – all while focusing on and advocating for what’s best for our customers. We work closely with Engineering and Design to create some of the most innovative never-been-done-before products. We partner with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to bring the product to market.

This position
DocuSign Agreement Cloud helps the biggest companies in the world do business. The Agreement Cloud Management team builds enterprise-grade platforms that enable customers to scale out deployments of the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to all departments.

As a product manager in the Agreement Cloud Management team, you will be responsible for key features and products that help our enterprise customers take control over their business needs with self-service deployment solutions.

You will work cross-functionally on the discovery, conceptualization, and launch of innovative product capabilities related to your area of focus. Your objectives will be directly linked to metrics such as product engagement, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to Sr. Director of Product Management and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities
● Build the strategy and roadmap for various DocuSign product offerings
● Drive the vision and requirements, translate them to functional specifications, facilitate a sound design and deliver an efficient experience
● Leverage primary and secondary research to deepen understanding of customers across their lifecycle, from awareness to renewal and expansion
● Drive insights on the markets and segments in which these applications compete; stay abreast of industry trends, events, and channels to anticipate customer needs
● Profile and understand high value, innovative use cases purchased and implemented by a variety of industry customers
● Evaluate and prioritize requirements in partnership with sales, marketing, and product team leadership, leveraging industry best practices and new innovations
● Prioritize and manage a product backlog for effective release and sprint planning
● Facilitate requirements definition with design and engineering partners while identifying dependencies and relative priority with other product managers
● Partner with Design and Engineering to ensure product ships on time and to quality

Basic qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
● 2+ years of experience in product management
● Experience in managing day-to-day product direction
● Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, IT, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support
● Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications
● Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy and leading design decisions
● Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment having multiple stakeholders
