About the role

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to build with us the next successes of eFounders.

You will be part of the eFounders studio, together with Victor (Lead PM), Meghan (Lead Product Designer), Aurélien (Product Designer), Quentin (GTM) and Matthieu (eF Studio founder).

The perfect candidate has strong product & business skills with ideally an entrepreneurial background or an early stage experience.

The key for early stage startups is to reach Product Market Fit, deliver value to first clients and get user traction. We work hand-in-hand with founders to build the best products for their market category and leverage AI to build magical User Experiences.

You will be responsible of up to 2 startup projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

📐 Conception

• Understand customer pains,
• Draw wireframes collaborating at pace with designers to build magic product experiences,
• Write business-driven product requirement documents,
• Know competition and conduct market research.

Measure of success : feature success & conception speed.

🚀 Delivery

• Own the product backlog,
• Prioritize to maintain focus and reach milestones,
• Ensure quality product is shipped interacting with founding developers,
• Track feature success.

🔄 Team Sync & Communication

• Drive product rituals & ensure good methodology,
• Ensure priorities are shared with clear product milestones,
• Support problem solving & continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for

• Experience: at least 3 years of professional experience working on B2B SaaS product(s) in an early-stage startup or in building a product from scratch
• Organization - Highly organized, strong project management skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Leadership: capacity to quickly build trust, engage and convince our founders
• Resourceful and autonomous - You do not need guidelines as there will not be any to kick-start projects from 0 to 1.
• Technical background or a strong knowledge of tech is a plus!
