The eFounders' core team is a crew of 4 partners and a dozen of experts in design, HR, marketing, legal, admin etc. We're fully hands-on alongside the founders, giving them unparalleled resources, so that they kickstart their startup.

Working alongside some of the best entrepreneurs, you'll have a direct impact on the growth of eFounders, our early-stage startups and portfolio companies.

What does a Product Manager at eFounders do ?

• You'd work with our team involved in many projects, creating the different product strategies and helping bring the MVPs to life.
• Assist with defining product roadmaps against KPIs and product goals.
• Identify and select product features alongside our startups.
• Partner closely with the product design team to optimise the user experience.
• Do product discovery research (qualitative and quantitative data) as well as discovery.
• Set up product management tools for eFounders and for our startups in studio.
• Participate in improving eFounders’ processes for Product Management.
• Work closely with startups and have the opportunity to actually join one of them on a full-time PM position.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Product Management and preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Leader's mindset: you need to be able to quickly build trust, engage and convince the founding teams.
• You're a product-first person: you have the practical ability to build great software products
• You're highly flexible: you can easily switch between different products, markets and needs
• You're a super tech savvy: you have used automation, enrichment and scrapping tools, you have good notions of code (Python, js scripts)
• You're data-driven: you use data to drive product decisions.
• You can think creatively and are resourceful : you love to put your ideas into practice to deliver value.
• You're a diplomatic challenger: you are not afraid to question the status quo and defend your ideas.
• You're naturally independent, a problem solver and a fast learner.
• Native level in French, fluent in English.
