Eden is a comprehensive SaaS platform built to help HR, People Operations, and Workplace teams work wonders. Eden offers user-friendly workplace experience and operations tools designed with the hybrid workplace and new world of work in mind. 

Eden's product offerings include its People Success and Flexible Office suites. The People Success suite includes Performance Management and Internal Ticketing. The Flexible Office suite includes Desk Booking, Room Scheduling, Visitor Management, Deliveries, and Team Safety.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and own the vision, strategy, product roadmap, and critical metrics for the product
• Understand client needs. Interact with our customers as well as our sales and support teams to identify and define product requirements specific to our workplace SaaS offerings. This includes running feedback calls, focus groups, surveys, etc.
• Understand our competitive landscape and think strategically about what our product offering looks like
• Efficiently execute to ship product on time
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop collateral such as product descriptions, presentations, onboarding and customer support materials, and marketing materials for a strong go-to-market and customer support plan
• Be an expert at prioritization; build consensus on prioritization to drive product execution

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 3+ years of experience in product management at a B2B SaaS company
• Empathy for customers resulting in an uncanny ability to build things that they want and need
• Experience making decisions around complex workflows and taking a new product to market
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Deeply analytical mindset. You use data to inform and support your decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build our team
• Startup hustle and energy
• B.A. or B.S. strongly preferred

This role reports to the VP of Product & Success. This role can be remote in the U.S. or work in our San Francisco office.
