A middle class Indian family who got tired of everyone under the sun telling them they should just sell their delicious pickles online decides to take the plunge and set up a direct-to-consumer store. Little do they know that there exists a type of customer who orders pickles using the ‘cash on delivery’ option and then sends the delivery executive away claiming that they never ordered it. This ‘Return to Origin’ menace leads to them being unable to plan stock, storage, and delivery costs accurately.
With Bureau’s help, they get a trust score and RTO prediction alongside each order that tells them the likelihood of a successful delivery for each of their orders. In addition to that, Bureau prevents any kind of impulse purchase being carried out on the store keeping in mind the online behaviour of the customers in question.
That’s just one of the several kinds of problems we help solve.
Whether it’s Collusion, Fraud Rings, Promo Abuse, Chargeback, Account Takeover, or Sim Swap frauds - Bureau’s squad of Fraud Fighters is there to help Product and Growth teams across the globe.
If you read the above paragraphs and found it intriguing, please consider joining us on this journey where we help businesses and their customers feel safe and secure while transacting across the Internet. This is day zero and we have so much more to build and sell.
