What You’ll Do

Partner with Dora leadership to refine the team’s mission, vision, and strategy
Translate Dora priorities into flexible and actionable roadmaps
Pair with Design and Engineering to secure consensus, prioritize work, and ship features on a regular cadence
Serve as an internal customer advocate throughout the software development lifecycle
Learn more about customers via attending conferences, hackathons, meetups, and other community events

Who You Are

Experience of 3+ years
Familiar with (or willing to learn) blockchain ecosystems such as Substrate, EVM, and IBC compatible chains
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Possesses a customer-centered mindset; you’ll be the primary customer advocate at Dora
Experienced with (empathetic) cross-functional collaboration
Decisive but knows when to disagree and commit (strong opinions loosely held)
Always learning / has a growth mindset
