What You’ll Do
- Partner with Dora leadership to refine the team’s mission, vision, and strategy
- Translate Dora priorities into flexible and actionable roadmaps
- Pair with Design and Engineering to secure consensus, prioritize work, and ship features on a regular cadence
- Serve as an internal customer advocate throughout the software development lifecycle
- Learn more about customers via attending conferences, hackathons, meetups, and other community events
Who You Are
- Experience of 3+ years
- Familiar with (or willing to learn) blockchain ecosystems such as Substrate, EVM, and IBC compatible chains
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Possesses a customer-centered mindset; you’ll be the primary customer advocate at Dora
- Experienced with (empathetic) cross-functional collaboration
- Decisive but knows when to disagree and commit (strong opinions loosely held)
- Always learning / has a growth mindset
