Why Divvy?

At Divvy Homes, we're building an on-ramp to homeownership – one that's more flexible, more affordable, and an all-around better fit for today’s American family – and it’s working.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team. Join us to help close the housing affordability gap by providing trusted, transparent, and simple homeownership products for families.

To do this, we need to ensure that our product experience is tuned for growth, and our operations team can work with full efficiency. As such, you'll be expected to contribute as a "full-stack PM" -- ranging from creating internal products that enable operational efficiency, leading pricing experimentation, to driving our customer experience forward.

You’ll play a foundational role in our mission to help families make one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders across design, engineering, data science, and business leads to create experiences that delight users and drive business impact
  • Extract business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, concise product specs that articulate the "why", establish prioritization, and define success
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and experiments
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research (e.g. A/B testing, surveys, usability studies) to identify product opportunities and inform the roadmap
  • Lead sprint planning, define and prioritize features, and groom the backlog

Experience we value

  • Passion for Divvy's mission and building a product that increases economic access
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer/internet product management
  • Equally comfortable working on consumer experiences and building internal tools
  • Track record of successfully launching and growing products
  • Experienced at building strong working relationships with designers and engineers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills: you will need to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across various functional stakeholders
  • Bonus points (not required) for real estate, risk management, or payment operations experience

Perks

  • Competitive salary and equity package
  • Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, commuter)
  • A beautiful dog-friendly office
  • Flexible vacation time
  • 4 months paid maternity / paternity leave
Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion

Divvy Homes is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We enthusiastically encourage individuals from a variety of lived experiences to reach out.
