The team 
Our IT, InfoSec, Cyber Risk & Business Ops team - is in the business of trust and reliability. We create, maintain and operate scalable technology and data solutions that deliver an exceptional experience for our internal & external customers. We embrace Agile principles and values, favor DevOps practices, and view infrastructure as code, all while we create an infrastructure that scales and supports our growth and ambitious vision. This requires a smart, highly collaborative team who can identify, investigate, and implement new technologies to continue securely scaling our global business. 

This position 
DocuSign is looking for a product manager for Enterprise Information Services. This leadership position will drive strategic decisions on how a multi-cloud SaaS ecosystem integrates effectively for speed, agility and scale while exposing reusable services to our customers, partners and internal business users across multiple routes to market and experiences. We are building the platforms that will enable DocuSign to drive scale, standardization, and global expansion as DocuSign continues to grow its global leadership in Document Agreement Cloud technologies. A successful candidate in this role will have great organizational skills and use their experience to create key partnerships with business and product leadership to shape the vision and drive business impact.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Corporate Engineering & Integrations and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities 
● Collaborate with Sales, Product Engineering, Commerce, and Finance leaders to understand their requirements and priorities 
● Work closely with the development team through design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of the product to ensure its quality and successful delivery 
● Define a product roadmap and determine requirements for each release based on user requirements, technical architecture, and business needs 
● Handle education and adoption of the Enterprise Information services by internal development teams 
● Coordinate and align requirements across multiple scrum teams operating in a sophisticated distributed software environment 
● Lead technical discussions with stakeholders 
● Establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization at all levels, and be viewed as a team player with exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills

Basic qualifications 
● Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or equivalent
● 12+ years of hands-on technology delivery experience in product management and/or engineering roles 
● Experience working with both business and technical teams, coordinating solution design, development and configuration, and deployment across multifaceted teams
● Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and Continuous Delivery 
● Experience working in an Agile environment 

Preferred qualifications 
● MBA degree
● Experience in a fast-paced work environment 
● Ability to break down complexity, clearly articulate product requirements, and prioritize enhancement requests 
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
● Organized and detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in an ambiguous changing environment and complete multiple projects effectively and concurrently 
● Extensive ability to navigate cross-functional relationships, resolve issues and conflicts with proven experience driving teams to successful alignment and completion of projects
● Lead, guide and support team members, and help streamline work process to improve efficiency and consistency
