What you’ll be working on
Our client’s Digital Platform team creates world-class end-to-end digital experiences that are intuitive, innovative, engaging and inclusive. The team focuses on best of breed experiences for clients across all products and channels. The focus of this engagement is to support their virtual assistant.
As a Product Manager you will

Team with a Sr Digital Manager/Digital Director to deliver projects including

Business Requirements
- Production support, including creating and cataloging processes
-
Project management routines and documentation
-
Process maps and screen flows
-
Testing
-
Controls and metrics
-
Competitive analysis and research
-
Collaborate with XD/Designers, technology, other product managers and stakeholders
-
Support products and services in production
-
Content and VOC evaluation to make sure our products and services are working as expected

Production support management for client issues and escalations
-
Generating playbooks, tracking and status mechanisms
-
Review and manage metrics and controls
You’re a person who has (required skills)
- Excellent digital product management skills with 3-5 years of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner
- Financial services a plus; virtual assistants/chatbots a big plus
- Excellent quantitative, qualitative, and critical problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile SDLC practices, including use of Jira, as a digital product owner
- Strong project management experience delivering large and highly complex projects
And you are a person who:
