  • JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)
  • LOCATION: Remote - United States only (TimeZone: EST | Partial overlap)
  • HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $100 – $125/hr
  • ESTIMATED DURATION: 40h/week - Long term

THE OPPORTUNITY

Hybrid preferred - 3 days/week in office in San Francisco, CA, Los Angeles, CA, or Charlotte, NC

What you’ll be working on

Our client’s Digital Platform team creates world-class end-to-end digital experiences that are intuitive, innovative, engaging and inclusive. The team focuses on best of breed experiences for clients across all products and channels. Their main focus areas include Digital Trust, Identity and Security which includes: Authentication, Aggregator, Anti Money Laundering, Alert and Auth Code Management, Digitization of Paper. 

There are three Product Manager opportunities on this team:  1) Alerts 2) Client Protection 3) Authentication

As a Product Manager you will

  • Team with a Sr Digital Manager/Digital Director to deliver projects including 

    • Business Requirements

    • Project management routines and documentation

    • Process maps and screen flows 

    • Testing

    • Controls and metrics

    • Competitive analysis and research

  • Collaborate with XD/Designers, technology, other product managers and stakeholders 

  • Support products and services in production 

    • Content and VOC evaluation to make sure our products and services are working as expected

    • Production support management for client issues and escalations

    • Generating playbooks, tracking and status mechanisms

    • Review and manage metrics and controls 

You’re a person who has (required skills)

  • Excellent product management skills eith 3-5 years of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner

  • Excellent quantitative, qualitative, and critical problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 

  • Excellent computer skills, including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word

  • Financial services or Digital experience a big plus

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile SDLC practices, including use of Jira, as a digital product owner, a big plus
  • Strong project management experience delivering large and highly complex projects a big plus

And you are a person who:

  • Adapts quickly to change and can be effective in fast-paced environment

  • Self-Starter, willing to work through ambiguity 

  • Has an ownership mindset

  • Has a strong work ethic, reliable issue resolution and time management skills
