Product Manager at Banked

Banked is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Developer Experience. You will own the product strategy and drive the roadmap to deliver a best-in-class developer experience that makes it simple for partners and businesses to integrate into our global payment network.

About you

• Technical Savviness: You have deep expertise in building products for developers and understand how to make their lives more efficient.
• API design and technical documentation skills; knowledge of working with distributed systems and integration.
• Platform-first mindset: You will build products that serve our entire product and customer portfolio across different markets.
• Conductor: You can drive collaboration across multiple disciplines - Product, Technology, Compliance, Commercial and Marketing, effectively synthesising key requirements, and drive alignment. 
• Communication: You articulate clearly, having honed excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You can turn problems into stories that people want to care about. And you can write it all down clearly so that Engineering can get on the same page.
• Solid product management skills, including most importantly, an ability to differentiate between building what is asked for and what is truly needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
• 5+ years experience in product management working with or on developer-focused products.
• Experience working with open banking or other financial service platforms is a plus.

What you'll be doing at Banked

• Own the vision, strategy and execution of Banked’s developer products, including end-to-end developer portal experience, APIs, plug-ins (such as Shopify), documentations, integration testings and certification programs that enable seamless integrated experience.
• Provide other product teams at Banked with a developer portal platform that helps them to serve APIs and documentations to our end users.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Designers, Solution Architects, and other cross-functional teams to find and build elegant, simple developer products. 
• Own and drive product initiatives end-to-end to ensure stakeholder buy-in, operational and go-to-market readiness for new products and services.
• Most importantly, be excited about scaling our products to help build a global, product-driven company that will revolutionize the digital commerce space.
