Join our dynamic team as a Senior Product Manager specializing on the experience of our customers, using Bounce to store their bags. This role requires a visionary product manager who can shape and execute product strategy, conduct insightful research, and lead the discovery of innovative solutions. This is a full-time onsite role based out of our corporate office in Lisbon, Portugal.

👷🏾‍♀️ What you’ll be doing

Product Strategy - Customer Experience. Develop and refine the product strategy for the customer side of our platform, aligning with the broader business objectives.

Quantitative and Qualitative Research. Lead comprehensive research initiatives, employing both quantitative and qualitative methods to gain deep insights into customer needs, behaviors, and market trends. Translate research findings into actionable product recommendations to improve the our customers' experience.

Product Discovery. Drive the product discovery process, working closely with cross-functional teams and our customers to identify opportunities, define problems, and propose creative solutions.

Data-Driven Decision Making. Utilize AB tests and other methods to validate product improvements and iterations, making informed decisions to enhance the overall customer experience.

Collaboration and Communication. Collaborate seamlessly with design, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment with the demand-focused product strategy.

Stakeholder Management. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to address customer-related challenges and improve engagement workflows.

✅ Your profile

• You have 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on marketplaces.

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• You have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

• You’re entrepreneurial; you don’t need direction; you're self-driven and pragmatic.

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

• You can think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
