About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team and

play a critical role in shaping our product portfolio. This role will be based in our Ghent, Belgium office and requires a customer-centric, data-driven professional with a strong background in SaaS product management, particularly in the tech, foodservice, or hospitality sectors.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of impactful

product strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will

collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that drive

customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

● Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to define and prioritize

product features based on customer insights, data, and business objectives.

● Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps and business cases to align with

company strategy.

● Leverage KPIs and data to inform product decisions and continuously optimize

performance.

● Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of product initiatives,

including APIs and integrations.

● Lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and

high-quality outcomes.

● Act as a strong communicator, presenting product strategies and updates to internal and

external stakeholders.

● Stay informed on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes to

shape the product vision.
