Product Manager, DeFi Wallet and Explorer

The DeFi Wallet and Explorer team at Blockchain.com is dedicated to empowering users with full control over their crypto assets and providing transparent access to blockchain data. Our DeFi Wallet is a non-custodial, multi-chain wallet that enables users to manage their assets securely and seamlessly interact with decentralized applications (DApps). Our Blockchain Explorer is a trusted analytics tool that allows users to search and verify transactions, addresses, and blocks across multiple blockchain networks.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the roadmap and strategy for these critical products. You will ensure that users have the best possible experience managing their digital assets and exploring blockchain data while maintaining the highest standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the DeFi Wallet and Blockchain Explorer, aligning with Blockchain.com’s mission to provide user autonomy and blockchain transparency.
• Enhance user experience and functionality, ensuring both products offer seamless, intuitive, and secure interactions.
• Work with engineering, design and marketing teams to deliver new features and continuously improve both products.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, user feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven product decisions.
• Ensure that both products maintain the highest security protocols and comply with relevant regulations to protect user data and assets.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• You are driven, curious, and proactive, with a strong passion for  blockchain technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 applications.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 1-3 years working in blockchain, DeFi, or crypto-related products.
• Strong technical background, with knowledge of non-custodial wallets, blockchain data structures, and smart contracts.
• A user-centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, intuitive products.
• You should relentlessly work to improve user experience.
• Good command of SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple product roadmaps simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to create clear feature requirement documents and work with both internal and external stakeholders.
