👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Product Manager - Data at Qonto, you will

• Build data-driven products and features. You will work with Data Science, Data Engineering, Backend and other functional PMs to conceive, design, and develop “smart” features meant to boost automation and improve UX.
• Create value: We are looking for a Data Product Manager who is obsessed with delivering value to our clients, by articulating complex problems, setting a compelling vision, and driving the outcome.
• Build knowledge: At Qonto, learning is one of our core values. You will be in charge of building expertise in data products, by combining customer research, analytics, and market analysis.
• In 6 months: Improve performance of our existing bookkeeping-related Smart Features (VAT detection, “transaction x invoice” matching algorithm)
• In 12 months: Create a new offer of Smart Features around subscription management and/of cashflow management
• In 18 months: Establish a footprint of Smart Features across all relevant Qonto verticals with dedicated performance monitoring

🤔What you can expect

• To join a product-oriented scale-up with a strong Product culture, alongside a distributed team of 40+ Product Managers, and an in-house design studio of 50 people. You'll learn to become a better Product Manager thanks to well-defined standards to which you will also be contributing.
• To help drive the Qonto Product in the very competitive, fast-paced, and innovative fintech industry.
• To have a direct impact on Qonto's success as you'll be working on one of our product verticals (ex: professional account, spend management, cashflow management, bookkeeping) and to work within a small autonomous cross-functional team

🚧 Examples of projects to come
• Implement a smart transaction categorisation system;
• Create a forecasting tool to help our clients better manage their cash-flows (inbound and outbound);
• Contribute to the subscription management offer at Qonto by empowering our clients to quickly identify their subscriptions;
• Assess performance and pockets of opportunity of our in-house “transaction x invoice” matching algorithm;
• Benchmark best practices in “smart” features to consolidate and expand our existing portfolio;
• Sometimes, you may also be working on anti-fraud smart algorithm
