Join us as a Product Manager - Data to enhance Qonto's customer experience through innovative ML solutions. You'll drive the maturity and scalability of our ML capabilities, addressing concrete business problems while fostering innovation.

You will work closely with Quentin Guironnet, Head of Product for our Customer Lifecycle domain, to support ML products developments that significantly impact our 500,000+ customers' financial management experience.

• Own the ML product roadmap, gathering insights from various teams to develop a prioritized strategy that addresses customer needs and business objectives

• Support the engineering team in the definition and design of ML solutions for key products like Attachment Matcher, Transaction

• Categorizer, and Cashflow Management that enhance customer experience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ML capabilities that drive business value

• Articulate the rationale behind priorities and engage with key stakeholders, including customers and other teams

• Monitor and analyze the performance of ML models and products, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

• Team context: You'll join a dynamic team focused on leveraging ML to solve real business problems, working at the intersection of product, data science, and engineering

• Qonto Way methodology: Our structured approach to continuous improvement inspired by Lean management principles, fostering a culture of learning and excellence

• Impact: Your work will directly enhance customer experience by providing automated labeling and categorization of expenses, as well as insights and forecasting for cash flow

Your manager will be Quentin Guironnet, our Head of Product at Qonto. With a background in fintech, innovation, and strategy, Quentin brings valuable expertise in product development and management. He is passionate about creating financial products that truly solve customer problems and is committed to helping his team members grow professionally while delivering exceptional results.

• Product management experience: You have proven experience in product management, with a focus on data-driven or ML products, enabling you to effectively define and prioritize product features

• Technical understanding: You have a solid grasp of machine learning concepts and applications, allowing you to collaborate effectively with technical teams and translate complex ideas into product requirements

• Stakeholder management: You excel at building relationships with diverse stakeholders and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Analytical thinking: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that balance customer needs with business objectives

• Strategic vision: You can develop a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and delivers measurable business impact
