The data integration tribe is enabling our clients to collect automatically all their financial data in Agicap. As part of this tribe, we are looking for a Data integration Product Manager who’s excited by solving technical and operational challenges, and has a strong customer centric mindset.
Your mission will be at the center of Agicap growth engine. You will guide your squad with the mission to facilitate the onboarding of our new clients, and power our international expansion. You will report to the VP Product Management.
Your main missions will be to :
• Own the prioritisation of your squad scope.
• Identify and assess new integration opportunities (cross country) which create value for our clients and have an impact on Agicap growth.
• Connect with our clients and perform thorough analysis of their needs to integrate properly their data.
• Collaborate with your squad on a day to day basis and provide them the right guidance.
• Define, measure and analyse the success of the product deliveries.
• Iterate on our data integration processes to reduce our turn around time and improve the quality of our deliveries.
• Promote internally and externally our new integration in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager.
• Define and supervise the rollout of new integration in collaboration with our customer service teams.
• Represent Agicap to our partners.

Profil Recherché
- ⭐ You will have a key role in the growth of AGICAP, reporting directly to our CPO Maël.
- 3+ years of experience in a product role
- Successfully shipped technical product
- Experience with data integration technologies (API, ETL, scrapping, on-premise integration…)
- A data-informed approach to problem solving
- A customer centric mindset
- Strong organisational skills in completing and prioritising work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to move quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment
