At Atlassian, we're looking for a Product Manager reporting to a Group Product Manager to play a big role in our Data Center team. We deliver performance, security and new user experiences across all Data Center products. We also provide capabilities for 3rd party app developers to build plugins and integrations for these products. Your work here will impact millions of users who work with Data Center products at an enterprise scale.
What you'll do
- Define a vision, and execute a roadmap that makes Atlassian Data Center products a desirable and trusted destination for our enterprise customers
- Prepare the analysis of the current market needs, opportunities and the competitive landscape in enterprise grade solutions
- Solve a series of unique challenges, from creating delightful in-product user experiences to building scalable solutions for a mature product on a growing and competitive market
- Partner with engineering, design and support specialists to form a compelling product roadmap that can motivate and lead your teams to success
Your background
- Mid-level product management experience, with a history in enterprise scale products
- You are customer-centric, and enjoy working directly with design and engineering to ship delightful products
- Hands-on experience driving a successful software product from scratch, or delivering multiple major software product releases
- Prioritise against competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business goals, and explain the rationale behind your decisions
- Experience building relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organisation and within teams distributed around the globe
- It's great, but not required, if you have experience in software engineering
