Product Manager - Data Access team

About the Role

MetaMap is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their new financial application team. The member will be empowered to take their own decisions that will take the company forward.Work will include building new products that cover financial documents, open banking, and alternate income sources.

Responsibilities

1. Build a Roadmap for the technology team and takes part in sprint plannings, reviews.

2. Balance both long-term goals and short-term wins.

3. Strong bias for action, and thinks out of the box and not limited to conventional ideas.

4. Metric and Data-Driven. Can keep a Data Analyst fully engaged and empower stakeholders.

5. Understand consumer pain points/needs and business imperatives to define the product roadmap.

6. Write detailed product use cases, define customer journeys through mock-ups, workflows, and charts.

7. Work with cross-functional teams such asCountry Insights, UX and UI, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.

8. Own what you are building - Running edge cases, testing products proactively, and measuring success metrics regularly.

9. Curious and aware of industry trends, competition, and product innovation globally.

Skills & Experience

• 4-11 years of Product Management experience.

• Technical background (studied CS, potentially was a developer in the past) and have worked as a B2C Product, B2B SAAS Product, or if your Product was simply APIs.

• Great problem solver. Has the knack to question the solution, and the ability to collaborate and identify the real-hidden problem.

• Managed a complex product and owned its roadmap for at least a year. Seen 0 to 1 and then has helped scale the Product to a bigger audience.

• Has a strong bias for action and are passionate about the product they own.

• Meticulous, highly developed organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
