As a product manager of our dashboard at Fivetran, you will help drive quick, iterative success in our core user experience by solving user friction and adding value to our users to keep our leadership position as the easiest to use pipeline solution on the market. You'll identify ways to help make it even easier to setup and manage connectors and your Fivetran account and improve our zero maintenance value proposition. You’ll be a product leader that collaborates closely with our customers, customer success, design and engineering to deliver simple, easy user experiences.
Your responsibilities:
- Build and manage a key piece of dashboard product roadmap; set quarterly goals and track deliverables and results
- Prioritize major initiatives to improve the ease of use for all segments and personas in the Fivetran customer base
- Perform in-depth data analysis and user research to identify areas of opportunity for improvements
- Collaborate closely with design, analytics, engineering, and business leads to drive successful changes
- Evangelize the success of your initiatives
What you bring to the table:
- Have a user focused mindset; deeply empathetic to customer needs
- Technically conversant and able to collaborate easily with designers and engineers
- Highly collaborative cross-functionally and within product organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, including basic SQL scripting
- Ability to analyze user data and extract business requirements from multiple stakeholders and transform them into usable and elegant product specifications
- Proven track record running successful, high ROI initiatives
- Product experience in B2B SaaS
