The Role:

As a leading provider of on-demand pay solutions, we are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing net new software solutions to market, ensuring that our products continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers. As we continue our expansion of earned wage access to everyone, you’ll drive the evolution of our first new product in several years, an automated platform solution geared towards small businesses.

You’ll own the Communications Platform roadmap working with teams from across the business to ensure the success and delivery of communications across a variety of channels that help drive enrolment, adoption, security and ensure a seamless user experiences.

You're a hands-on problem-solver, deeply passionate about product, and at your best when moving a project from ambiguity to clarity. You're equally comfortable talking tech with engineers, user experience with product design, and process with operations, as well as pitching in on day to-day efforts across the business. Equally important, you can manage the expectations of senior staff and the competing demands and opinions from across the organization. You pay attention to people, have a strong sense of purpose and integrity, deep emotional intelligence, and just want to get things done.

How You Will Make an Impact:

You will be responsible for identifying, strategizing, and executing the development of innovative software solutions that solve complex problems and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, client support, and sales, to define product requirements and bring them to life. Your insights, market research, and product expertise will inform the roadmap and drive the success of our products.

  • Be the voice of the customer
  • Identify and strategize innovative software solutions that solve complex problems and deliver exceptional user experiences, aligned with the company's overall vision and business objectives
  • Define and manage your product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to to define product requirements and bring them to life
  • Work closely with in-house engineers to iterate and build high-quality solutions
  • Execute on product vision in collaboration with other product managers and technicalleaders
  • Be the subject matter expert for the new solutions and act as a product evangelist internally and externally

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 2-5 years Product Manager experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and transforming it into actionable documentation that focuses on the “What” and the “Why”
  • Experience in crafting a product strategy that addresses the current and future needs of the stakeholders and the wider business.
  • Flexibility, determination, and high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated success in bringing net new software solutions to market, including experience with product ideation, market research, and product launch.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile development processes, and user-centered design principles.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in fintech and/or small business-focused software products
  • Experience in B2B and B2C communications across all channels
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Twilio, Sendgrid
  • Strong appreciation for the Oxford comma

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation and compensation may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into two tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity. 

National Compensation Range
$112,000$150,000 USD
Premium Compensation Range
$125,000$167,000 USD
