The Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to focus on user retention for our Earned Wage Access product. Your primary objective is to drive long-term customer engagement through strategic initiatives, product enhancements, and consistently delivering the best user experience for accessing your earnings, understanding your earnings, and paycheck delivery. You will have a close partnership with our support team, our marketing team, and our customer intelligence teams.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Be the voice of the user by partnering closely with employee support, our market intelligence teams, and conducting both quantitative and qualitative research. Synthesize feedback to inform product solutions
  • Develop a product strategy for user retention for our Earned Wage Access product
  • Bring in the mindset of continuous improvement and sensible prioritization by making tradeoffs to decide what to do, why, and when
  • Partner with in-house engineering and product design teams to execute on product strategy
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 1-3 years Product Manager experience
  • Data-analysis skills, including SQL. Proven track record of interpreting and utilizing data to make decisions and drive impact
  • Outstanding communication skills, and eagerness to collaborate
  • Experience working with Product Designers, researchers, or understanding user behavior
  • Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and codifying it into actionable user stories
  • Metrics and impact-driven
  • Experience in the payments industry or fintech products and startups a plus

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
