Product Manager - Customer Engagement

Location Details: 

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

GoDaddy is looking for a Product Manager to support our Conversations product.

GoDaddy Conversations is our customer engagement app that helps our small businesses manage customer messages from Chat, Email, and Social Media with AI and automation that can make any business look professional. Conversations is available on Web, iOS, and Android and an ideal candidate would be looking to drive product development on the cutting edge of AI and multi-platform customer experiences. Our Product Managers work closely with our Engineering, UX, BA, and PMM (Product Marketing) leaders as a team to deliver the best product experiences for our customers.

What you'll get to do...

• Manage day to day agile sprints with partner teams like Engineering
• Join forces with cross-functional teams to align on solutions
• Conduct experiments scientifically to arrive at data-driven outcomes and new hypotheses
• Prioritize to deliver on product roadmaps
• Conduct market research on customers to identify customer difficulties and identify potential product solutions

Your experience should include...

• 5+ years of professional Product Management experience 
• 3+ years of experience working on enterprise and/or consumer internet products with > 10M users scale
• 2+ years of experience leading product lifecycle and development including integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
• 3+ years of experience with productivity tools like JIRA, Office, Miro, Figma, Slack, and Zoom
