This is Adyen

Adyen is the payments platform of choice for the world's leading companies, delivering frictionless payments across online, mobile, and in-store channels. Our team members are motivated individuals that help each other do remarkable things every day. We face unique technical challenges at scale and we solve them as a team. And together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that transform the way the world pays. We took an unobvious approach to starting a payments company, building a platform from scratch. Now, Adyen serves the world's brightest companies like Facebook, Uber, L'Oreal, Casper, Bonobos, and Spotify.

Product Manager Customer Dashboards

From an independent hotel owner using a partner platform, to a highly engaged ‘payments conversion team’ at an international fashion enterprise: all of our customers interact with our payments dashboards on a regular basis. The key to satisfying this wide range of users’ needs is developing a strategy for each of these customer segments and executing on it. All while navigating a fast growing payments and highly competitive landscape.

We are looking for an experienced, tech savvy and UX focussed Product Manager to help us further grow and create even more impact from our customer facing dashboards, that range from very focussed operational dashboards, to advanced “payments Swiss army knives”.

What you’ll do

  • As a Product Manager at Adyen you will own the ( Strategy company wide FE UX experience) end-to-end problem that you are trying to solve together with your multidisciplinary team
  • You will be responsible to drive and scale our customer facing applications to serve all of Adyen's customers
  • Work together with our internal and external stakeholders to create a vision, prioritisation and roadmap for further development of our customer facing applications
  • Work closely with the Design Systems team to guarantee a consistent UX across our set of user facing applications
  • Facilitate other product teams teams that contribute features and products to our growing set of user facing applications
  • Make decisions on metrics of success – and gather insights that influence future iterations of the product

Who you are

  • Experienced with building performant user facing (web)apps
  • The ability to act as the single point-of-contact for ‘owned’ areas - working with cross-functional partners across the company to achieve all aspects of the product management cycle
  • A ‘launch fast and iterate’ approach to tackling solutions
  • The ability to help a team architect a vision and then see it through implementation and ongoing optimisation
  • Strong writing and communication skills, especially in a consensus driven culture where a diversity of perspectives is cherished
  • Previous frontend development or UX design experience is a plus
  • A proven record of high performance managing complex initiatives to achieve outstanding results
  • A proven record of managing the full product lifecycle: from ideation to general availability to deprecation
  • An intuitive understanding of the importance of data in understanding trends, providing actionable insights, and tracking the success of those initiatives.
