Responsibilities

Own the product development lifecycle for an internal digital asset inventory tracking system
Ensure the inventory system’s ability to meet the needs of multiple internal stakeholders (Tax, Accounting, Clearing, Investments, Internal Controls, Audit etc)
Ensure the system provides key input for tax reporting and tax filings in different jurisdictions
Design sufficient internal controls to meet the requirements of internal and external financial audits
Ensure the successful integration and data transfers between the internal digital asset inventory system with other internal systems

Requirements

Experience building out internal financial systems (e.g. reconciliations, tax)
Solid understanding of internal controls and data governance
Understanding of accounting and tax concepts such as realized gains/losses and revaluation
Experience working with micropayments and big data
Experience working in FX, exchange, trading businesses
Strong project management skills
Excellent communicator and presenter
Experience with SOC1 and SOC2 compliance
