Stepping into the Senior Product Manager role in the Creator organization, you will drive the vision for content understanding and generative AI to create a range of assets that are the building blocks of experiences on Roblox. You’ll lead the strategy and creation of a roadmap for a range of generative AI services and machine learning systems that will help drive our goal of creation of anything, anywhere, by anyone. You’ll work with talented ML software engineers, designers, analysts and cross-functional groups to bring this vision to life.

You Will:
- Lead a Creator focused AI/ML strategy and roadmap.
- Research and understand user needs and industry trends for ML/Generative AI.
- Work with engineering stakeholders to create detailed product specifications for design and implementation.
- Run project development from ideation to launch, collaborating with various teams.
- Align vision, roadmap, and needs across executives and team members.
- Establish product indicators and improve metrics through incremental and revolutionary improvements.
- Report to Senior Director of Product, Creator Content & Services.

You Have:
- 5+ years of product management experience in developer or multi-sided platforms, emphasizing ML and AI-powered products.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Researched and understand user needs and industry trends for ML/Generative AI.
- Worked with engineering stakeholders to create detailed product specifications for design and implementation.
- Established product indicators and metrics through incremental and revolutionary improvements.
- A high signal to noise and can quickly hone in on the most important goal.
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
