We're on a mission to make companies more transparent about who they are and how they work. As a job seeker, why is it so hard to get an idea about who you'll be working with? As an employee, why is there no single place to get to know your colleagues and learn how every team works? As a team leader, why can't you study how similar companies operate and apply their processes and learnings on your own team? We're on a mission to solve all of this and more.

We have funding from the world's leading investors, we have a great team, and we have fun. If you think this sounds interesting, please apply to become our third Product Manager.

What you’ll do

As a Product Manager at The Org, you'll be a fundamental member of the company. We’re still a young company with an early product so you'll be a key driver in the development of new features and product areas.

We’ve split our product activities into three tracks: A Core track, a Data Monetization track, and a Data Expansion track. The Core track focuses on building a platform for high-growth startups to attract, align and retain their team with a public org chart. The Data Monetization track focuses on ways to monetize the data from the Core track and we're currently heads down building a separate product called Vision for Venture Funds. The third track, Data Expansion, supports the two other tracks and focuses on growing our database of companies and company data.

This position is for the Core track. Some of the work you'll be tackling includes:

  • Interview existing and potential users to make sure we have a deep understanding of their needs and pain points
  • Inform current and upcoming feature development with qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Work closely with the rest of the product, design and engineering team on features that ship quickly and with high quality
  • Track product developments in the market and with our competitors
  • Plan funnel optimizations and carry out A/B tests
  • Contribute to the product strategy and overall vision of the company

As we scale, the plan is that you’ll own an area of the product including understanding the problem, planning the roadmap, and managing the design and development.

You have

  • Several years of experience managing, designing or developing a digital product
  • Strong product discovery skills; you care about having a deep knowledge of the user, business, market, and industry
  • An obsession with solving real problems
  • A mindset of taking risks and failing fast
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You are smart, creative, and persistent

Our company values

Transparency starts here – We’re on a mission to make organizations more transparent. We lead by example, and operate honestly and transparently, to show the world the value of transparency in business.

Hygge – A Danish word meaning “cozy”, “belonging” or “togetherness”, representing the way we treat our office community. We value diversity and seek out people who want to join the “hygge”.

Be a contrarian – We dare to go against popular beliefs and seek out principles-first solutions over incremental progress. We aim to find the best solution, not the obvious one or the one that’s been found by others before.

Go for it – We take ownership and passionately seize opportunities to create, to learn, and to grow. We run towards a problem, rather than away from it, and fail fast and learn from our mistakes.

Do the dishes – We put the team first and do whatever is necessary regardless of seniority or what your job description says. Sometimes that might mean you literally need to do the dishes.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary + equity
  • Great office in central Copenhagen with private outdoor terrace
  • 5 weeks vacation
  • 3 months paid parental leave
  • Open kitchen fully stocked with drinks and snacks + free lunch
  • Social events, get-togethers and international travel opportunities

If you want to hear more about the company or the role before applying, please reach out to Benjamin, Head of Product, at [email protected].

We do not consider applicants who exclusively want to work remote.
