Product Manager - Core Payments Experience

As a Product Manager of Core Payments you will be responsible for defining and building the technology that creates the backbone of our payment systems. You will determine optimal infrastructure, payment flows and integrations for a variety of payment methods, while working with a talented operational team, product managers from other clusters, auditors and payment processors to continue building a reliable global payment platform.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, data and stakeholders throughout the organization to deliver products that scale over millions of orders across Europe, Africa and Western Asia.

Be a part of a team where you will:

• Own the product vision & roadmap, monitor and measure the success of the features your team builds while working with a cross-functional team of Data, Design, UXR and Engineering to bring the best from everyone to the final product 
• Set  Objectives and Key results aligned with cluster and company OKRs
• Work with a cross-functional team to define the optimal strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog and execute on delivering
• Have a lot of opportunities to grow, given the growth pace of Glovo
• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Experiment, innovate, iterate and learn
• Ship quality product increments fast and often
  

You have:

• A passion to use technology to solve complicated problems that will improve people’s lives
• 5+ years delivering highly successful and innovative consumer or enterprise full-stack products
• Relevant work experience, e.g. integrating payment gateways, card vaulting and alternative (non-card) payment methods
• Computer science / data university degree or working experience
• Technical background or solid know-how—you have a good understanding of how software is made and how it works
• Superb communication— Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft specs that are easy for multiple audiences to consume
• Leadership - you can motivate your teammates to build amazing products. You’re great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track.
