We're looking for a product manager to help us level up the experience Flow developers have when building on top of with Flow. The ideal candidate has prior product manager experience with developer-centric products, a growth mindset, and exceptional communication skills. A strong passion for web3, developer platforms, and open-source development will help succeed at this role.

What we’ll accomplish together:
- Work with product leadership to define the product strategy and roadmap for core developer tools
- Execute on the roadmap and lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
- Work closely with external Flow builders and internal stakeholders in the marketing, developer advocacy, and partner solutions teams to gather requirements and help prioritize the product backlog
- Establish a strong understanding of the web3 market, developer platforms, and the developer audience
- Help produce effective and high quality content and samples in collaboration with technical writers and engineers
- Run qualitative and quantitative developer research to understand main friction points in the developer journey
- Support development, rollout, and adoption of developer standards (FLIPs)
A little about you:
- You have 2+ years of product management experience, ideally with developer platforms
- You have past experience with developing and using software products and services either in personal projects or in a professional capacity
- You can break down complex technical problems into small, release-able, user valuable features
- BS/MS in computer science, economics, science, mathematics, or other technical field
- You have a growth mindset and are always looking to learn and improve. Ability to guide and listen, encouragement in the face of failures/obstacles
- You have extraordinary communication skills and experience presenting complex topics to broad audiences
- You have some experience with open-source projects and processes
- You have a strong passion for web3 and/or developer experiences
