About the role

As a Product Manager on the consumer side, you’ll own the consumer experience for Kyte’s users. Specifically, you’ll own the iOS app, Android app, web mobile and web desktop. We believe in extreme ownership and look for people who share that same value. Your responsibility is to bring the consumer product experience to the next level and make it even more surprisingly easy for Kyte’s customers to get a car. You will go deep in Product discovery, translating qualitative and quantitative input from current Kyte users into product opportunities.

What You'll Do

Work closely with Kyte customers to generate and validate hypotheses. Conduct and document experiments around promising hypotheses.
You will own the delivery of new features that people love while ensuring that the quality of the consumer experience constantly remains on an extremely high level.
Be the owner of the consumer view within the team. Build and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teammates (e.g. growth marketing, engineering), get input from your teammates on product priorities, and create transparency on priorities and product feature progress across the company.
Be a Swiss Army Knife. Remove blockers, solve problems, and find a path forward in a rapidly growing business across multiple markets.
Run the weekly consumer product meetings (sprint plannings, sprint retrospectives, bug triages, as well as the daily stand-ups) to ensure continuous progress and improvement of your product.
You will lead your own cross-functional sprint team consisting of ~8 engineers, and collaborate closely with a Product Designer and Product Analyst.
Own new consumer product features & initiatives and increase the quality level (bug management, uptime). Build for scale.

Required

Minimum 2+ years of Product Management experience
BS/MS degree

Preferred

Founded a startup in the past
Mobility/On-demand experience
