The Role

As Senior Product Manageryou will beresponsible for all PM related aspects of the Bureaucyber security and insuranceproduct; covering everything from envisioning and bringing to life a best in class consumer- security first mobile application (for Android and iOS) and website. You will focus onoptimisingthe consumer experience for a global audience.

The Team

You will be part of the Bureau Product Managementteam, directly reporting to the CEO and Founder. On the technical side you will work together with the Head of the development team but also with other colleagues outside of the team whenever necessary. On the business side you will closely collaborate with our Business Development Managers and Solution Architects. Your role will be highly connected within the whole of Bureau. Location is not an issue.

We fully support remote working, and Bureau Team members can be found all over the world including San Francisco, Bangalore, Mumbai, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

What you will do

• You will envision the Product from ground up,create Product Requirement Documents and the GTM strategy will full ownership of the Product.

• You will work with agile development teams, learn about the Bureau technology and its capabilities hands on.

• You will create Roadmaps addressing competitive and industry leadingfeatures for the Product in agreement with internal and external stakeholders.

• You will revisit the pricing of the technology and take care of a proper end-to-end strategy.

• You will manage the technical- and business needs by directly talking to customers, Business development , Engineers, Solution Architects, development teams and threat experts.

• You will ensure that the Product remains technically competitive by monitoring and keeping up to date with industry trends and developments that impact the Product.

• You will be presenting Roadmaps and progress on the Product

Skills and Qualifications

• You have a degree in computer science

• You have worked with Agile development teams before and know how to find the right balance of features

• You have hands-on experience with different operating systems, be it Linux, macOS, Windows, or Android. Terms such as CodeSign, ELAM or glibc are not new for you.

• With pride in your work and a sense of urgency to deliver the best possible solution, you persist to see your work completed in a product. Your deep technical and perfect communication skills are complemented by your ability to learn from others and your open-mindedness

Responsibilities

• Own Bureau’s Consumer Fraud and Risk products including mobile application , website and risk engine

• Define OKRs for success such as identities protected,threats identified, % insurance policy approvals, number of claims made, bp in losses, etc.

• Think out of the box and identify opportunities where we can build world class Fraud Risk solutions either in-house or via partnerships.

• Work with Engineering to create risk capabilities, analytics and decisioning logic to identify, analyze and prevent suspicious activities, including but not limited to: Identity Fraud, Account Takeover/Abuse Fraud, Phishing , Vishing,

• Drive Proof of Concepts and Demos to illustrate Bureau capabilities.

• Work with Sales, Business Operations and Engineering to meet internal and external stakeholder needs.

• Work with Data Science / Underwriting to build a robust cyber insurance / guarantee Product.

• Research emerging issues impacting Fintech players and ideate on solving their digital risks through innovation.

• Validate supply partnerships to be used in solutioning, where needed.

• Collaborate with external partners and clients and standardize our integration strategy for Bureau’s input/output and client feedback loops.

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in consumer facing solutions.

• Career concentration in Personal cybersecurity or Insurancea plus.

• Experience in developing requirements forscore-based rules engines,or Machine learning

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Maths, Statistics or an area of Technology.

• Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analytics skills.

• Strong organizational, communication, presentation and project management skills.

• Strong sense of product design and customer empathy.
