Your future team

The Confluence mobile team enables customers to stay informed and contribute to their work from any device. This team owns Confluence's native app experiences on iOS and Android platforms. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead our Mobile Systems group to help us build a delightful Confluence experience across web and mobile products.

What you'll do:

Develop a vision for a holistic Confluence mobile experience, thinking about mobile in the context of a user's entire product journey. You are well-versed in the product development cycle from discovery through to delivery.
Partner with design to map important customer journeys across web and mobile. Identify areas to improve our mobile experience by closing gaps in these journeys while using unique mobile capabilities.
Partner with Confluence product teams to develop new features simultaneously across web and mobile
Be an expert on mobile best practices and improve the Confluence team's understanding of mobile to help everyone build better mobile experiences
Report to the Principal Product Manager and work with product & company leadership, our incredible team of PMs, and partner teams to ship great experiences everywhere.

Your background:

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, some working on mobile products
Passion to understand customer needs and solve their problems.
Understand signal from noise. Presented with meaningful goals and a mountain of data, you can identify and organize & communicate clear actions to focus your team and deliver great outcomes.
Capability to develop relationships & align with multiple product teams both within Confluence and across Atlassian
A growth mentality and a willingness to build, measure and learn, both for the product and for yourself.
