Kaspr is a SAAS software helping, salespeople, recruiters and marketers in their lead generation. Created in 2018 and recently acquired by Cognism, Kaspr is the leader of the French SMB market. Kaspr is giving itself the means to shake up its very competitive market and has the ambition to become the European leader!

The concept is simple! Retrieve contact information from identified LinkedIn profiles, via a Google Chrome extension.

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in our product development process, from ideation to launch. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, conducting market research, analysing customer feedback, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Define and prioritise product features and requirements based on customer feedback and data insights
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management in a SaaS industry
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
