FOXIT PRODUCT MANAGER, CLOUD SERVICES
The Product Manager is responsible for product lifecycle management for Foxit Products within assigned product portfolio. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. The Product Manager will act as a conduit between internal/external users and R&D team; translating user requirements into executable workload. The Product Manager will have the detailed technical knowledge necessary to explain requirements to R&D and work with them to deliver these new initiatives or enhancements for users. 
The Product Manager will work with business stakeholders, technology on prioritization, release packaging and planning of product delivery. The PM needs to be comfortable discussing technology options and understand and negotiate product trade-offs. This position requires unique blend of strategic and tactical savvy; a big-picture strategic vision and the skills to execute on that vision. 
Be the go-to expert on the product and technology both internally and externally.
Primary Responsibilities: Build, own and execute on roadmap for current and future products. Work closely with key stakeholders (such as Support (ISS), customer success, sales, solutions and marketing teams to understand customer needs and priorities. Translate customer and market needs into well documented Jira tickets (including test criteria). product (confluence) pages, annual goals and product strategy. Be the "voice of the customer" during development stages. Drive product development work to on time, completion in the market.  Complete go-to-market/product launch activities including but not limited to product demos, product training, knowledge base article creation, etc. Help sales to close deals by responding to RFP’s in a timely manner. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, maintain a deep understanding of who the customer is, how they use the product(s) and their needs. Build and track product performance via Data Analytics. Create product dashboard for assigned products.  Leverage data to drive business decisions/justification/plans for product initiatives. Help facilitate beta testing and the results thereof. Work on ad hoc projects as needed.
Required skills:
• 3+ years’ experience in product management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; listens and shares information
• Strategic and tactical. Helps builds a well thought out product roadmap and executes on the roadmap accordingly.

• Strong facilitation, prioritization, and influencing skills
• Strong customer empathy. Passionate about customers and solving their problems, and discovering unmet needs
• Comfortability with independent decision making
• Ability to establish authentic, productive relationships across different business functions and within business unit
• Ability to see challenges as opportunities and lead by the "Everything is possible" attitude
• Curious and eager to succeed.

• Technical expertise-Possesses the technical acumen to perform role successfully
