About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Product Manager-Cloud to guide our overall technical team effectively to achieve our product evolution. You will own and drive a product area from high-level concept design and discovery to delivery and operation. You will help shape the future in key areas of the product suite evolution. You will partner with teams across the company to identify new areas of opportunity for us to explore. As the company grows, you will help to foster teams eager to build continuously, measure, and learn.

What You’ll Do

Conduct ongoing customer discovery and gather input from CS, support, and sales to understand the customer experience, needs, opportunities, and friction points.
Understand and define key customer personas and values for StreamNative Cloud deployment options and how to drive value for partners and users.
Collaborate with the Head of Product and key stakeholders to define the Cloud product roadmap and shape initiatives that align with the product vision and business objectives.
Lead discovery efforts with customers/partners on new initiatives to define key requirements and work with engineering and design to iterate and implement the right solutions.
Own product initiatives from inception to rollout to ensure that objectives are met and relevant information is communicated to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Create shared understanding and direction across engineering, product, business development, support, sales, and marketing teams.
Drive multi-company, cross-functional initiatives from conception through initial delivery and ongoing iteration after launch.
Define quantitative and qualitative targets, measure performance against them, share results with stakeholders, and incorporate those learnings into the next development cycle.
Deliver value while handling the surprises and challenges of a quickly evolving product, ambitious partnership targets, and a rapidly growing organization.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of software product management experience
Ability to empathize with StreamNative customers to provide them with a great experience
You have a strong understanding of cloud technologies and distributed systems
Hands-on cloud computing experience and understanding of multi-tenancy principles.
Experience with serverless SaaS offerings.
Strong written communication skills.
